Draft, to be reviewed before launch.

What we keep

The screenshot or screen recording you upload, the preview and HD file we make from it, and your email address.

Why

We use your upload only to make your mockup. We use your email to send you the link to your preview and file. If you tick the box, or join the list for new scenes, we also email you when new scenes are added. You can ask us to stop at any time.

The emails we send

When you give your email for a preview: the link to it, one reminder two days before it is deleted and, in launch weeks, one the day after you made it. When you buy: the link to your file. Each of these may end with one suggestion, such as a scene you haven't tried.

Only if you tick the box or join the list: short emails about new scenes and features, at most one every two or three days. Every email has an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops the suggestions, reminders and news; we still send the link to a preview you make and your file when you buy one.

How long

Uploads, previews and HD files are deleted 7 days after you upload. We keep a record of each order (email, amount, date) for our accounts.

Payments

Stripe handles payments. We never see your card details. See Stripe's privacy policy for how they handle your data.

Who sees your upload

Only the software that renders your mockup. We don't sell uploads or email addresses, and we don't use your uploads to train anything.

When our main server is busy, a render may run on a temporary machine at Daytona, in the EU. It holds only that one job's files and is deleted when the render ends.

When you email us

An AI agent reads your email and looks up your own orders so it can answer you. It runs on Anthropic's API, which processes the email to write the answer. Its replies say they are from an AI, and you can reply "human" to reach a person. Your upload is never sent to it.

How we measure the site

Our server sends Amplitude, in the EU, a record of steps such as a preview made or a file bought, with the scene and price. It holds no email address and no upload, and we use no tracking cookies.
